The Cornerstone Patient First Endowment Fund was created to help promote family philanthropy through legacy giving. The purpose is to produce annual funds in perpetuity, or for as long as feasibly possible, that help meet the needs of Hospice & Community Care patients and families, including support for specialized patient care, urgent patient needs, charitable care, and programs and services not reimbursed by insurance or Medicare, and other costs that could cause financial hardships for patients and their families.
