Bereavement Workshop: Finding Gratitude in Grief

Description

During this free workshop, held virtually via Zoom, we will explore gratitude and self-compassion in the context of grief and learn practical strategies for cultivating gratitude as a way to cope with loss. We will practice gratitude journaling and explore concepts like mindfulness, self-compassion and kindness for healing the existential pain of grief. Space is limited and registration is required.
