Description
Hospice & Community Care’s York Ambassador Council invites you and a guest to join them for an evening of socializing and a short program by Dr. Debra Vermette, Vice President, Chief Medical Officer, Hospice & Community Care. Dr. Vermette will discuss the differences between palliative and hospice care and share the unique team approach we use with our patients and families. She will also provide updates on Hospice & Community Care’s Sunflower Pediatric Program and Choices Palliative & Supportive Care at Home program.
There will be an open bar featuring Thorn Hill Vineyards wine and hors d’oeuvres.
