Join us to learn about Hospice & Community Care’s resources that are available to the York community. From Veteran care to caregiver education, from grief support to volunteer opportunities, you’re sure to come away with valuable information that can help members of your congregation. This is an interactive program where you can engage with members of the Hospice team while mixing and mingling with fellow members of the faith-based community.
